I had an opportunity to get a sneak peak into Dreyvan’s approach and leadership development process. Only a couple of hours and I must say, it was awesome! It built a very different perspective to leadership development, quite unlike the traditional approach that one experiences within a corporate set-up.

I think Dreyvan’s approach and process will help leaders unearth a very different dimension to themselves as ‘individuals’ and as ‘leaders’.

If leaders have to bring about change in their people, their organizations and their environment, I believe it can only be done, through a very deep understanding of oneself. And Dreyvan’s process helps achieve just that!

The intervention was really ‘Unique’!

It clearly made us aware of a ‘Code of Conduct’, to be highly successful professionals.

The Innerlegend team was very competent in delivering their concepts and were able to relate them to real life examples.

Their one-on-one session was very effective, as they had exactly analysed the strengths and weaknesses and gave suggestions to further consolidate on my strengths and solutions to overcome my weaknesses.

The training was very relevant and brought affront certain attributes in me that I was not aware of. It also gave me insights into, and a deeper understanding of why and how my peers feel, react and behave in different situations. This resulted in me being a more understanding and a better person.

I think more time needs to be invested by the company to reach the core benefits of such training. The more time one gets to soak in the thoughts the more effective it can get.

This intervention has empowered me immensely. I am able to clearly communicate exactly what I want.
